Hit the START button
Select Control Panel
Select User Accounts by double left clicking
Under Pick a Task - Choose (Left Click) Change an Account
Select the users name under Pick an Account to Change
Under What do you want to change about your account select - Change my password
Under Change my password type in your current password at the top field
type in your new password then confirm it.
Choose the save password button and close.
