Your system is low on virtual memory. To
ensure that Windows runs properly, increase the size of your
virtual memory paging file.
If you click OK, you may receive the following error message:
Your system is low on virtual memory.
Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging
file. During this process, memory requests for some applications
may be denied.
We have had a few of these messages pop up, some computers even
report them with Intel's LanDesk installed others report Low
Memory after installing AdAware, AdAware SE Personal, Spybot S &
D; Spyware Blaster, Webroot SpySweeper and EZ AV, Office 2003
and Office 2007.Make sure you have enough virtual memory.
Your pagefile should be at least 1.5 times the size of your RAM
and something less than five times the amount of RAM. Anything
over five times the amount of RAM will usually be wasted.
The ideal solution is to have a separate, fast, hard disk for
the page file; one that isn't used by the rest of the operating
system or commonly used programs. The thing that takes the most
time in disk operations is the head moving across the disk to
access new information, or seek time. Using a separate disk for
the page file minimizes pagefile seek time.

INFORMATION About Virtual Memory
With virtual memory, the computer can use hard disk space as
random access memory (RAM). The computer uses virtual memory to
augment the ordinary RAM that is installed on the computer. If
you reduce the size of the paging file, the Office program may
not start correctly or may not start at all.
